The Iron Man, Llanbedrog, 1981 – Photo By Simon Kirwan. Designed and built by Simon Van De Put and put in position on the headland above Llanbedrog, on the Lleyn peninsula in North Wales in 1981. Eventually rusted down to his boots, and replaced by a different iron man sculpture in 2002 – more information here
